The Fianna Fáil leader says he has documents which suggest serious Garda mishandling of a particular murder case.

Micheál Martin says he has handed the documents to the Department of the Taoiseach for full investigation.

The documents were obtained from Sergeant Maurice McCabe, the whistleblower garda who raised concerns about the management of the penalty points system.
