Micheál Martin is promising that Fianna Fail's election manifesto will be of more substance than what he calls Fine Gael's 'con job' 5 point plan.

The opposition leader today hinted at his party's plans for the next General Election at a meeting of Fianna Fail Councillors.

Deputy Martin has already flagged health, childcare and employment as key focus points for the campaign.
