Fianna Fáil says it's committed to bringing forward laws that will see Irish Water scrapped, and water charges suspended.
The claim comes as both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael continue their talks with independent TDs, hoping to form a government.
A Fine Gael minister earlier defended water charges, and said the party remained committed to them.
