Fianna Fail is criticising the government for reportedly spinning the amount of land available for it's housing strategy.
The Sunday Independent is reporting that only two thirds of land which is earmarked for homes in Dublin is correctly zoned.
An email from a Department of the Environment official, seen by the paper confirms that only 30 thousand units can be built on available land.
The coalition has promised 46,000 homes.
