The incoming president of the Philippines is offering cash payments to members of the public who kill drug dealers.
Rodrigo Duterte won the presidential election last month, on a hard-line anti-crime platform.
He previously promised to unleash the military on criminals.
Today he encouraged members of the public to tackle gang members.
Duterte says civilians will be rewarded for shooting drug dealers.
He's offering a bounty equivalent to almost €100,000.
"If they are there in your neighbourhood, feel free to call us, the police or do it yourself if you have the gun. You have my support," he told his cheering followers.
"If he fights and fights to the death, you can kill him," he said, adding: "I will give you a medal."
He warned anyone involved in drugs: "I will kill you. You son of a whore, I will really kill you."
