The judge is to give his final directions to the jury today in the Graham Dwyer murder trial.
The architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock denies stabbing childcare worker Elaine O'Hara at Killakee in August 2012.
The judge's charge could take the whole day or even longer.
Mr Justice Tony Hunt will explain to the jury the legal principles they will need to apply to their deliberations.
He's also likely to give a summary of the evidence they've heard in the past 8 weeks.
The prosecution alleges Graham Dwyer stabbed Elaine O'Hara to death to fulfil a deep rooted sexual desire.
The defence says no cause of death has been established and the forensic evidence doesn't fit the case being made against their client.
