Michael Noonan has been accused of ignoring letters from the Northern Ireland finance committee.
The committee's chairman says he wrote to Minister Noonan two weeks ago, asking for his help in getting NAMA to appear for questions.
MLAs in the North want to speak to NAMA about the controversial sale of its Northern Ireland loan book - but Minister Noonan has yet to respond.
