The Apple tax ruling is high on the agenda of issues being discussed by European Finance Ministers, on day two of their meeting in Bratislava.

Finance Minister Michael Noonan is among those attending the meeting in the Slovak capital.

Ministers are in agreement that multi-nationals must pay their fair share of tax.

But Dutch finance Minister Jeroem Dijsselbloem thinks Ireland is also right to appeal the EU Commission's Apple ruling:
