Today's summit of all EU leaders on the Greek debt crisis has been cancelled.
It follows the failure of the Eurogroup of finance ministers to reach agreement last night on a deal to resolve the issue.
However, the EU Council President Donald Tusk has announced that a meeting of the leaders of Eurozone countries will go ahead this afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Eurogroup finance ministers are meeting again this morning from 10am.
Hours of talks last night failed to produce an agreement.
This was in spite of the fact that Greece had committed to a series of economic reforms in return for a new bailout deal.
