Members of the Dublin Fire Brigade have safely delivered a baby boy in North County Dublin.

The crew were first to attend the scene after a woman went into labour in her house in Chapel Farm estate in Lusk.

With the crew's assistance, the newborn was delivered safely at around 4:30pm

The mother and baby are now at the Rotunda Hospital and are said to be doing well.
