The Zika virus has been detected in a pregnant woman in Spain - the first case of its kind in Europe.

It's reported the woman had recently been to Colombia - one of the countries affected by the outbreak.

She's one of seven cases in Spain - all are said to be in a good condition.

News of the mosquito-borne virus, thought to cause birth defects, first emerged in Brazil last year.
