Prospective house buyers have queued overnight in North County Dublin for 60 houses that come onto the market on Saturday.

People have been outside the Millers Glen development in Swords since Tuesday morning - hoping to buy one of the new-builds.

Two bed-roomed houses are priced from 240 thousand Euro - while a four bed-roomed detached house starts at 400 thousand Euro.

The houses go on the market amid warnings of another property bubble in Dublin.

This woman, who preferred not to be named, is in line to buy a home;
