The Justice Minister says there is "no hiding place" for anyone who has penalty points improperly quashed - after a new report showed six senior officers cancelled points against Garda policy.
The leaked report details 54 breaches of the penalty points system - which took place *after* the Garda Commissioner ordered the practice must stop.
The Minister says the report will be made public - and says it represents a "cultural shift" in monitoring Garda policy.
Frances Fitzgerald wouldn't be drawn on the details of the report - but says it shows there's nowhere to hide.
