Fruit and vegetables should be the base of all of our meals,– according to the HSE.
The food pyramid’s been revised – with cereals being knocked off the base, making room for fruit, salads and vegetables.
WeÂ’'re also being advised against eating snack foods every day, six in 10 of us eat them 6 times a day.
