Former Public Relations Consultant Frank Dunlop has paid almost half a million euro to Revenue.
He is one of 108 taxpayers named on the latest Tax Defaulters list.
The former Government Press Secretary from Dunboyne in Co Meath paid 429,000 euro for the under declaration of income tax.
He paid €179,000 in interest and over €57,000 in penalties on €192,000 in Tax after a revenue investigation case.
In total 18.5 million euro was recouped from the three months to the end of June.
Former jockey and trainer Charlie Swan - from Cloughjordan in Tipperary - is also on the list.
He paid a total of €122,000 for the under declaration of income tax from a revenue offshore assets investigation.
Of the 108 settlements made - 3 exceeded €1 million and 8 exceeded €500,000.
