Three men and one woman have been arrested in connection with a bomb attack on a prison officer in Belfast.

The 52-year-old father of three needed surgery after an explosive device detonated under the van he was driving on Friday morning.

Security services have been told to be on high alert, amid fears of further attacks by dissident republicans.
