Four men have been charged with dissident republican terrorism offences in County Armagh.

One is charged with attempting to murder police officers and possessing explosives with intent to endanger life.

The three others are accused of preparing to target a former member of the security forces.

They were arrested in Lurgan last week, after a rocket launcher loaded with Semtex was found.
