The last British resident to be freed from Guantanamo Bay is reportedly planning legal action against the British government for its alleged complicity in his mistreatment.
Shaker Aamer arrived in the UK yesterday, almost 14 years, after he was detained, accused of helping al Qaida.
The Foreign Office has previously denied any involvement in mistreating Mr Aamer.
