People heading to the airport today are being advised to check with their airline first.

French air traffic controllers are on strike with two Irish flights cancelled and many delays expected.

Ryanair has cancelled two flights, between Dublin and Nantes, services flying through French air space may also be affected.

The industrial action is expected to continue until Friday evening.
