The family of a teenager kidnaped and killed by the IRA is making a fresh appeal for information on the eve of the 40th anniversary of his disappearance.
19 year old Columba McVeigh from Dungannon in Co Tyrone vanished on November 1st 1975 and would have celebrated his 60th birthday last September.
It's believed he was secretly buried in Bragan bog near Emyvale in Co Monaghan but despite a number of searches his remains have never been found.
Columba is among 16 murder victims known as the ‘Disappeared’.
Both his borther and his sister have appealed to anyone with information to bring it to the Independent Commission for the Location of Victims Remains.
