Gardai in Co. Louth are searching an area of marshland in Dundalk as they investigate the disappearance of Ciara Breen almost 20 years ago.
The 17 year old went missing in February 1997, and hasnÂ’'t been seen since.
A man in his 50s arrested in connection with the disappearance was released without charge in April, and a file was sent to the DPP.
ItÂ’s understood new information came to the gardai in recent weeks, prompting a fresh search.
