Eating fruit and veg high in flavonoids can help you to maintain a healthy weight - or even lose a little.

Researchers found food like berries and even dark chocolate are also good for combating high blood pressure and preventing heart disease and diabetes.

Professor Aedin Cassidy from the University of East Anglia was involved in the 24-year study.
