The Anti-Austerity Alliance claims it's been banned from fundraising in one area of Dublin because of its boycott of water charges.
It says they've been refused permission for street collections in Tallaght, on the grounds that the proceeds would be used to encourage the commission of an unlawful act.
The Anti Austerity Alliance is accusing the Gardaí of political policing over the issue - a Garda spokesperson says they do not comment on individual cases.
