Leaders of the G-7 nations have urged the UK not to vote to leave the EU.
In a declaration issued at a summit in Japan, they say a British exit from the Union would be a "serious risk to growth".
They say the referendum is one of a number of "potential shocks of a non-economic origin" which could hit the world economy.
Barack Obama will use his time in Japan, after the G7 Summit ends, to visit the site of the world's first atomic bombing in Hiroshima - making him the first sitting American President to do so.
