Gardaí are looking for the public's help in tracing a man in his 60s who is missing from his home in Kilnavara in Cavan.

62-year-old Patrick O'Brien was last seen at 6.30pm yesterday evening on the Dublin Road in Cavan.

He was wearing charcoal trousers and a check shirt, a navy fleece and brown jacket, he was also carrying a rucksack.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cavan Garda station.
