Gardaí in Clare are appealing foe help in tracing the whereabouts of 19-year-old Jack Dinan.

He has been missing since October 31st, having been last seen at his home on Considine Road in Ennis at around 10.00am.

Gardaí say he is in possession of a licensed .22 rifle and a number of rounds of ammunition.

He is under medical supervision and may appear agitated or confused.

The public are being asked not to approach him, but to contact Ennis garda station on 065-6848-100 or the emergency numbers 999 or 112.

He is described as 6ft tall, slim build with black hair, and wears a tooth brace on his upper teeth.

He may have been wearing a grey hoodie top, grey spot camouflaged jacket when he left home.

He also may be in possession of a green rucksack.

His family are urging him to contact home.
