The Justice committee will discuss later the response of the Garda Commissioner to a list of questions it sent her for answers.
Noirín O'Sullivan was given until yesterday to provide answers to some 28 questions following her appearance earlier this month.
The Commissioner had been hauled in to answer questions in relation to the fake breath tests and wrongful court convictions for road traffic offences.
The committee could decide today to accept her answers or recall her for further questioning,
