Gardaí have seized cocaine with an approximate street value of €210,000 in Dublin.

The drugs were found during a planed search of a van in Clondalkin on Friday afternoon.

During the course of the search Gardaí discovered approximately 3 kilos of cocaine.

A man (27) was arrested and taken to Clondalkin Garda station where he was detained under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Drug Trafficking Act.

He was charged on Friday and is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court tomorrow morning.
