A man has been released from Garda custody following his arrest over the death of a man in Co. Louth early this morning.
Officers were called to a house in the Oaklawns area of Dundalk at around 3.45am - where emergency services were attending to a man - who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and brought to Dundalk garda station for questioning and has now been released without charge.
The results of a post mortem examination carried out reveal that foul play did not play a part in the death of the 29-year-old man.
