A major search operation is underway in woods in East Cork for missing woman Tina Satchwell.
The 46 year old was last seen by her husband Richard at their home in Youghal on the 20th March last year – before he went to some shopping.

He reported her missing four days later.

Last Friday Gardaí sealed off a wooded area close to Castlemartyr where a search is due to begin this morning - It’s expected to take up to two weeks.
In August last year – searches of Youghal Port and a property in the town failed to find any trace of the missing woman.
Gardai will update the media later this morning on their investigation.
