Frontline gardai say they'Â’re not being briefed on the threat posed by international terrorism.
The Association of Garda Sergeants and InspectorsÂ’ Annual Conference begins this afternoon, and will debate motions on terrorism, bullet-proof vests and overtime.
But the conference is expected to be dominated by pay – and the looming threat of strike to deal with it.
