Investigations are continuing into the discovery a man's body in Lismore, County Waterford.

The 90-year-old man, named locally as Paddy Lyons, was found at his home in Ballysaggart by emergency services yesterday evening.

The body has been removed from the scene for a post mortem, the results of which will direct garda enquiries.
