Gardaí have revealed they're gathering CCTV footage from the home of a man who was murdered in Dublin last night in a gangland style shooting.
Stephen 'Dougie' Moran, who was in his 40's was known to Gardai.
He was shot by a lone gunman at his front door at Earlsfort View in Lucan at around 7.30 last night.
A burned out car was found near the scene, Gardai believe this may be connected to the shooting.
Superintendent David Taylor says the investigation team are appealing for anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
