A printing company in Drogheda, County Louth is being accused of discrimination after it refused to print invitations for a gay couple's civil partnership.
Jonathon Brennan, who will become civil partnered to John Kierans in August, said he was shocked when Beulah Print and Design said they "didn't agree" with homosexuality.
The couple is now getting legal advice on the incident.
