Police in Germany have arrested three people as they search for a man suspected of plotting a bomb attack.

A neighbourhood in the city of Chemnitz has been evacuated.

Heavily armed officers swarmed into the area and carried out a controlled explosion.

Police spokesman Tom Bernhardt gave this update.
