A new report claims it's OK to eat sliced bread.
The Irish Bread Bakers' Association has released the study - telling us that we need to put aside unfounded 'untruths' about bread in Ireland.
The report finds sliced bread is low in fat, low in sugar, and a good source of calcium, iron, protein and fibre.
