Donegal's county councillors could be put out of a job in a row over the council's budget.
Councillors haven't been able to agree a budget for 2014 in a row over water charges.
Fianna Fail and Sinn Fein are blocking the budget because the council isn't getting any money from Irish Water in exchange for handing over the water network.
