The government's being advised NOT to ease up on austerity in teh next budget.

Economists have said the government could lose control of the recovery if it bows to political pressure and imposes fewer cuts than first planned.

It comes as the government considers telling the EU it will commit to a full 2 billion in austerity measures in October.
