The GP on trial is alleged to have sexually assaulted the patients over a two day period working as a locum in Dublin in February last year.
Opening the case for the prosecution, barrister Melanie Greally said the jury will hear evidence that he touched the breasts of 2 women he physically examined at the practice.
The first woman – aged 22 at the time – has begun giving evidence of her discomfort.
The jury's heard the second woman – in her 40s – will say she confronted the GP about his actions there and then in front of the practice's receptionist and 2 patients in the waiting room
