The European Commission president is accusing the Greek government of misleading voters, after Alexis Tsipras said its creditors were trying to "humiliate" the country.
Jean-Claude Juncker said the Syriza government had not told the truth about its bailout proposals.
Alexis Tsipras has said that the lenders wanted to raise VAT on electricity, however Mr Juncker has denied the claim.
