The Greek Prime Minister's laid out new proposals to end the country's debt crisis in a phone call with European leaders.

It follows a meeting of ministers with the ruling Syriza party  to work out a plan enabling a last-minute deal to go ahead.

Tomorrow, there'll be an emergency summit in Brussels with time running out to reach an agreement.
