Refuse bags may no longer be collected in Dublin for health and safety reasons.
Greyhound says it's reconsidering its policy after a collection worker's hand was pierced by a used syringe discarded in a bag.
In another incident a child in Ballymum also came in contact with syringes while broken glass is also said to be a major risk to workers.
