Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has completed a gig - despite falling off stage and breaking his leg in the middle of the show.

The singer took a tumble in Gothenburg in Sweden last night.

But he returned to the stage on crutches - telling fans he'd only call off the show if he was ordered to by a doctor.

The band's tweeted an X-Ray picture of Grohl's clearly broken leg with the message: "Thank you Gothenberg. That was amazing.
