The British security firm which investigated possible surveillance at the Garda Ombudsman commission has dismissed reports that a WiFi network in a coffee shop was responsible for one of the security threats.
Verrimus says the report - which also claimed that the mobile phones of visiting security staff were responsible for a second threat - is "wholly inaccurate".
In a statement this lunchtime GSOC itself has affirmed that the security threats have still not been explained.
