The Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission is to appear before the Oireachtas Public Service Oversight Committee today.
The three Commissioners will face questions on the alleged bugging of the GSOC headquarters and their handling of the claims.
Meanwhile one of the Commissioners Kieran Fitzgerald says that while they can't definitively say GSOC was bugged, he says it can't be ruled out.
However the Taoiseach is standing over the Government's insistence that the Garda watchdog was not spied on.
