Ibrahim Halawa's family have been calling on the government to put more pressure on Egypt to secure the teenager's release.
It's been almost two years since Ibrahim was arrested in Cairo along with hundreds of others.
Canadian John Greyson was arrested on the same day, but was released 50 days later following pressure from activists and the Canadian government.
He says that the conditions in Tora prison, where Ibrahim was held before being moved earlier this year, are pretty awful.
