The Defence Forces are recruiting for the Army and Navy Reserve.
They're looking for applications from young men and women aged between 18 and 35 from all backgrounds.
Reserve Defence Force recruits will get professional training and act as a supplement to the main army and navy units.
There are 25 Army Reserve and four Naval Service Reserve locations to choose from across the country.
