Ireland's Carer of the Year has been announced.
Jennifer Carroll is from Ballyclare, Co. Offaly.
12 year old Donagh O' Sullivan from Cork is Ireland's Young Carer of the Year 2015.
Family carers from across the country were honoured at a ceremony this afternoon.
