The Health Minister says he's "disgusted and disturbed" by the contents of the HSE'S special audit into the suicide charity - Console.

He says he intends to update the Cabinet on the matter tomorrow - after the audit revealed a number of financial irregularities.

Tonight, Simon Harris said that his absolute priority was to ensure that the charity's much needed services continue.

Earlier the High Court granted an order allowing Console’s interim CEO David Hall to break the lock and gain access to a storage unit in Naas, Co. Kildare.

The container was rented in the name of the charity’s founder Paul Kelly who's been instructed not to interfere with the running of the organisation.
