The health minister says he expects the whole Government to have a single position when the Dail debates a bill on abortion tomorrow.
The Independent Alliance is still seeking a free vote when the referendum bill comes before TDs for a debate tomorrow night, and a vote on Thursday.
But Enda Kenny says the bill would "cut across" the Citizens Assembly which has already been set up - and that it would conflict with the Programme for Government.
